Personal Collection: Register a Personal Collection

Categorizing personal collections allows for the registry of collections that are not associated with established institutions. Personal collections are distinct from institutional collections in part because they are controlled by individuals. Personal collections may be recently collected research specimens that have not yet been formally accessioned into an institution, or they may be the personal property of a private collector.

Fields marked with an (*) are required.
